The Hiring Process
Apply – Assessment & Pre-Screen – Interview – Offer – Onboard
Our hiring process starts with you! Search our open jobs and if you find something that interests you, send over your resume. If you can not find that perfect job today, join our talent network and we can reach out to you if we have openings that match your qualifications. Once you submit a resume, our recruiting team will assess it to determine if your qualifications match the minimum required for the position that you are interested in. If so, you will be pre-screened by someone from our recruiting team. If that pre-screening goes well, the next step is for you to come in for an interview with the hiring manager. Some positions will require more than one interview. If after the interview the hiring manager is interested in extending an offer, you will receive a quick phone call with a verbal offer, followed by a formal offer letter outlining the terms of hire. We perform thorough background checks and drug screens on each potential hire. Once that process is complete, we will line up your start date and bring you onto the Imperative team.
