Well Intervention

We deliver a full range of well intervention services aimed at maximizing well performance and lifespan. Our solutions are designed to restore output, optimize productivity, and uphold the highest standards of safety and integrity throughout the well’s lifecycle.

We support our customers by continually operating fifteen hot oiler trucks, serving primarily throughout the Central and South Texas regions of operations. Hot oilers are an integral part of the production process. With over 20 years of expertise in hot oil services, our team is equipped to safely and efficiently handle large-capacity operations, delivering exceptional results for operators in a single application.

Common Applications

Paraffin Removal- Eliminate paraffin buildup from flow lines and surface equipment, preventing blockages that could restrict hydrocarbon flow.

Heating and Circulation- Heat and circulate surface stock tanks to achieve optimal separation of produced crude oil and water, enabling the safe drainage and disposal of produced water.

FloCap Injection Services offers comprehensive internal and external capillary installation services across all stainless-steel grades and sizes. Our Permian based service center, equipped with on-site orbital welding capabilities, enables efficient utilization and optimization of customer-owned capillary strings.

  • External Banded Capillary Installation
Our installation and service program covers many aspects needed in a quality program. We offer single and dual capillary strings ranging in internal diameters from .25” to 1” capabilities. We provide OD banding of single and dual installation, pressure testing, wellhead pack-off repair/replacement, and BHA replacement and repair.
  • Internal Capillary Installation
Imperative has two internal capillary installation units in our fleet. These units can install a capillary string inside the production tubing without requiring a workover or shutting in production.

Internal coupons can be installed and retrieved from tubing without shutting down operations of the well.
